POTENSI HASIL HUTAN BUKAN KAYU DI HUTAN ADAT GHIMBO POMUAN KABUPATEN KAMPAR PROVINSI RIAU

Abstract

The Ghimbo Pomuan Customary Forest is one of the customary forests in Riau Province. Within the Ghimbo Pomuan Customary Forest area of ​​56 ha, it is suspected to have potential NTFP vegetation such as rattan, durian, resin, and others. This study aims to identify potential NTFP vegetation found in the Ghimbo Pomuan Customary Forest. This research was conducted from August to September 2022. The data collected in this study was carried out by making observation plots consisting of 28 plots covering an area of ​​1.12 ha using the systematic sampling method with purposive start. The type of NTFP vegetation was identified based on information from the type identifier and the Appendix to Regulation of the Minister of Forestry Number: P.35 / Menhut-II / 2007 concerning Non-Timber Forest Products. There are 22 types of NTFP vegetation with a total of 732 individuals. The undergrowth level was 85 individuals, the seedling stage was 367 individuals, the sapling stage was 203 individuals, the pole level was 44 individuals and the tree stage was 118 individuals.
