Issue in-Progress Policy

2022-01-11

Dear authors and readers of REiLA Journal,

Starting with Volume 4, No. 1 in 2022, we are excited to introduce a new "in progress" publication policy. This policy allows all accepted papers to be quickly posted on the Open Journal System (OJS) web, ensuring rapid knowledge-sharing among academia in the field of English-related studies. These articles will be marked as "in-press" and have undergone the review process according to our journal's standards and policies. The in-press articles will be published in the upcoming or forthcoming issue.

Please note that the "Article in Press" version will be removed from our website when the final article is assigned to an issue of the journal. This is to ensure that all bibliographic details, such as page numbers and DOIs, are complete and available. There are three types of "Articles in Press":

  • Accepted Manuscripts: these are manuscripts that have been selected for publication. They have not been typeset and the text may change before final publication.
  • Uncorrected proofs: these are articles that are not yet finalized and that will be corrected by the authors. Therefore the text could change before final publication. Uncorrected proofs may be temporarily unavailable for production reasons.
  • Corrected proofs: these are articles containing the authors' corrections. The content of the article will usually remain unchanged, and possible further corrections are fairly minor. Typically the only difference with the finally published article is that specific issue and page numbers have not yet been assigned.

We hope this new publication policy will enhance the dissemination of knowledge and encourage even more high-quality submissions to REiLA Journal. Thank you for your continued support and contributions.

Best wishes,

Team of REiLA  Journal
