Abstract

Red ginger as an herbal plant has excellent health properties to increase body immunity. One simple way to process red ginger is to make instant red ginger drink. The Limbungan PKK driving team does not yet have the skills to make diamond herbal ginger drink. The method used is material delivery, demonstration of making instant red ginger drink, mentoring and evaluation. Knowledge and understanding of TP PKK Limbungan mothers on processing red ginger into instant red ginger health drink increased by 13.47%. Participants had basic knowledge about processing red ginger into instant red ginger health drink by 57.96%, while after counseling it increased to 73.25%. Mrs. TP PKK already has the skills and is able to make instant red ginger drink and can be developed as an entrepreneurial activity that can improve the family economy.
