Analisis Pola Kesehatan Mental Siswa Menggunkan Metode Naive Bayes

Penelitian ini menganalisis pola kesehatan mental siswa SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru menggunakan algoritma klasifikasi Naïve Bayes berbasis teks naratif dari satu pertanyaan terbuka. Data diperoleh melalui simple random sampling. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data, pembersihan teks (cleaning, stopword removal, tokenizing, stemming), penyeimbangan data (oversampling), pemodelan dengan Multinomial Naïve Bayes, serta evaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix dan metrik (accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score). Dataset dibagi menjadi 80% pelatihan dan 20% pengujian (275 data latih; 69 data uji). Hasil menunjukkan akurasi model 88% dan distribusi kategori: normal 61,3%, stres 25,9%, dan cemas 12,8%. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Naïve Bayes efektif untuk klasifikasi awal kondisi kesehatan mental siswa dan dapat mendukung intervensi sekolah.
