The School Literacy Movement is a program from the Ministry of Education and Culture. As the general aim of the School Literacy Movement is to develop the character of students through cultivating the school literacy ecosystem which is manifested in the School Literacy Movement so that they become lifelong learners. The School Literacy Movement program is implemented through 3 stages, namely the habituation stage, the development stage, and the learning stage. Currently, students' literacy skills are still low. This can be seen from the activities of students who prefer playing gadgets rather than reading books or other reading. In addition, students tend to ask questions before reading, even though the things asked have been given complete information. Therefore, students' interest in reading needs to be increased, one of which is by developing a school literacy movement. Literacy ability is one of the competencies that students must have in the 21st century and will later be tested in the Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM). Therefore, in community service activities we want to foster a positive culture of fond of reading through the literacy movement in schools. With the above background we are interested in doing community service entitled: Smart Village "Let's Open a Window on the World by Reading Books"

Gerakan Literasi Sekolah merupakan Program dari Kemendikbud Sebagaimana tujuan umum Gerakan Literasi Sekolah yaitu menumbuh kembangkan budi pekerti peserta didik melalui pembudayaan ekosistem literasi sekolah yang diwujudkan dalam Gerakan Literasi Sekolah agar mereka menjadi pembelajar sepanjang hayat. Adapun program Gerakan Literasi Sekolah diterapkan melalui 3 tahapan yaitu tahap pembiasaan, tahap pengembangan, dan tahap pembelajaran.Saat ini, kemampuan literasi siswa masih rendah. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari kegiatan siswa yang lebih gemar bermain gadget daripada membaca buku atau bacaan yang lainnya. Selain itu, siswa cenderung bertanya sebelum membaca, padahal hal yang ditanyakan sudah diberikan informasi secara lengkap. Maka dari itu, minat siswa dalam hal membaca perlu ditingkatkan, salah satunya dengan mengembangkan gerakan literasi sekolah. Kemampuan literasi merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang wajib dimiliki siswa pada abad 21 dan nantinya akan diujikan dalam Asesmen Kompetensi Minimal (AKM). Oleh karena itu, pada kegiatan abdimas ingin menumbuhkan budaya positif gemar membaca melalui gerakan literasi di sekolah.dengan latar belakang di atas kami tertarik untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat yang berjudul :Desa Cerdas”Ayo Kita Membuka Jendela Dunia Dengan Membaca Buku”

Digital Learning Training for PKBM 31 Bangka Educators for Classroom Transformation After the Covid-19 Pandemic

Digital learning is a form of transformation in the classroom that focuses on the use of technology. In Indonesia, the Covid-19 pandemic that has been going on for the last few years has forced educational institutions, both formal and non-formal, to apply this learning concept, even with all of its limitations. This is at least experienced by PKBM 31 Bangka which has attempted to implement digital learning with limited capabilities and minimal infrastructure. This is even worse with the diverse characteristics of the students as non-formal institutions. Therefore, through a community service program, the informatics engineering study program at Paramadina University seeks to provide training to PKBM 31 Bangka so that they are better prepared to carry out digital learning. The training was held for 2 days and divided into 4 sessions. The understanding and ability of PKBM 31 Bangka educators regarding digital learning increased from the previous 2.67 to 4.25 after attending the training. Participants also rated the implementation of this training at 4.5 or very satisfied.

The various problems experienced by Doplang Village are the lack of competence and capacity of managers in developing local potential and the absence of involvement of all elements for the role of communities in the advancement of tourist villages.. Another problem is the not optimal use of sosial media in the development of tourist villages. The resolution presented by the team is the competence and capacity of managers in developing lokal potential to support the creation of a tourist village. The various solutions offered will be realized in the form of comprehensive outreach, training, mentoring, monitoring and evaluation in order to obtain optimal results. For this reason, the Sosial Media Optimization program for Empowering Tourism Villages in Doplang needs to be implemented immediately in order to increase the competence and capacity of youth. This program is more focused on empowering the lokal potential of Doplang Village through facilitation and capacitation of Karang Taruna in Doplang Village. The outcome of this endeavor is a rise in the capacity of youth organizations; the pioneering Doplang tourist village managed by Karang Taruna.

The Role of the Community in Efforts to Reduce the Prevalence of Stunting in Kembang Village, Pacitan Regency, East Java

The stunting prevalence rate in Pacitan still stands at 22.77 per cent. Of course, this figure is still relatively high, far from the target from WHO, below 20 per cent. This fact has encouraged the Kembang Village, Pacitan Regency community to carry out activities or efforts to reduce the prevalence of stunting. First, the form of activities is holding a stunting prevention seminar, where competent speakers such as Ir. Kuriyah, M.M as a representative of PPKB and P3A, then Khuzaini from the Health Office and Yuli Rahmawati Mutiah, M.A from the University Of Warith Al Anbiya. It was second, conducting counselling on stunting in pregnant and lactating women by involving Village Midwives, Posyandu Cadres, and Doctors from Pacitan Health Center. Third, providing balanced and nutritious supplementary food and then distributing the results of processed healthy food to children from the Kembang Village community. The efforts made went well and smoothly. It's due to the support of various parties who participated in the activities' success, especially the people of Kembang Village.

The use of smartphones is a major need at this time, especially for teenagers, but excessive use can have a negative impact, one of which is becoming addicted to smartphones. This is allegedly sourced from problems in the relationship between parents and children as well as the lack of warm communication in the family. This PkM aims to increase parent's comprehension of smartphone addiction in children, especially teenagers and to be able to describe the role of the family in preventing the emergence of smartphone addiction. This PkM activity uses the lecture method in the form of hybrid seminars (online and offline) providing psychoeducation to parents regarding early detection of smartphone addiction and optimizing the role of the family in preventing smartphone addiction in adolescents accompanied by questions and answers, and evaluation. The results showed that there was an increase in parental knowledge in the very good and good (52%) and sufficient (24%) categories. Optimizing the role of the family, in this case, parents as educators, helps maximize the relationship and communication between parents and children to prevent smartphone addiction in adolescents.

In Riau Province, the upstream oil and gas industry provides opportunities for SMK graduates to participate in this sector. SMK Migas in Duri City and Dumai City were established to prepare students for positive contributions to the oil and gas industry around the region. The development of technology, especially in the field of information technology, encourages the industry to apply the technology in every aspect of its operations. Modernization and digitalization also affect the oil and gas industry sector, which includes exploration and exploitation activities. The oil and gas industry requires reliable human resources (HR), given the density of capital and technology in this sector. However, companies tend to look for experienced workers, so SMK graduates need to have skills that can be directly used in the oil and gas industry. The transition to an increasingly advanced technological era requires SMK graduates to have the ability to adapt to technology, especially in the use of computers as a means of work and learning. Padukuhan Grogol IX merupakan daerah yang berada di bagian timur Kelurahan Parangtritis, Kretek, Bantul, Yogyakarta yang sebagian besar penduduknya bergantung pada sektor pertanian dan peternakan. Secara kelembagaan, peternak yang berada pada padukuhan ini berada dalam suatu wadah kelompok ternak bernama “Makaryo” yang memiliki masalah utama berupa penanganan limbah yang kurang baik akibat tidak berfungsinya digester biogas/biodigester yang telah terbangun sejak tahun 2015. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan, yaitu: 1) pelaksanaan kelompok diskusi terarah, 2) observasi lapangan terkait kondisi biodigester dan eksplorasi potensi sumber daya lokal, 3) sosialisasi pemanfaatan mikroorganisme lokal (MOL) berbasis sumber daya lokal berupa bonggol pisang dan praktek pembuatannya, serta 4) aplikasi mikroorganisme lokal (MOL) berbasis bonggol pisang pada digester biogas. Setelah dilakukan observasi mendalam, permasalahan utama yang terjadi adalah tidak adanya input tambahan berupa mikroorganisme yang berperan dalam menghasilkan biogas terutama gas metana (CH₄) oleh biodigester yang telah dibangun ini serta bahan baku biodigester yang terlalu kering. Adapun langkah yang telah dilakukan adalah dengan membuat larutan mikroorganisme lokal (MOL) dengan cara mencampurkan bonggol pisang yang ketersediaannya melimpah dengan gula merah yang telah dicacah lalu difermentasi kurang lebih selama 1-2 minggu. Selanjutnya, larutan fermentasi yang telah tersedia tersebut dimasukkan ke dalam digester biogas bersamaan dengan kotoran sapi yang telah dicampur air dengan perbandingan 1 : 1. Setelah dilakukan pendampingan, digester biogas milik kelompok ternak “Makaryo” di Padukuhan Grogol IX dapat berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya yang ditunjukkan dengan menyalanya api pada kompor biogas.

Utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology to support MSMEs businesses: ChatGPT

In the digital age, MSMEs must continuously innovate and devise impactful marketing strategies to stay competitive in the midst of intense business competition. Embracing digital marketing is crucial, but it comes with challenges, particularly in creating compelling promotional texts. To address this, the author assisted “Kedai Uni Im”, a MSMEs specializing in Minang Kabau delicacies, by utilizing ChatGPT for marketing content creation. Training and mentoring were provided as part of the science and technology diffusion method. The study's results indicate positive outcomes, including successful implementation of promotional text designs using ChatGPT, increased confidence in creating social media content, and more regular updates on social media platforms. Going forward, it is recommended to explore further benefits of ChatGPT for supporting MSMEs. Additionally, considering the significance and benefits of using ChatGPT for MSMEs, these materials can be replicated and shared broadly with other MSMEs players.

Peningkatan Daya Saing Usaha Mikro melalui Program Pelatihan Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises

Micro, small, and medium-sized firms (MSMEs) are required to be highly competitive so that they may thrive in unpredictable markets and contribute to economic growth despite several challenges such as financing, market access, innovation, and productivity. Through the Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) program at Parahyangan Catholic University, Batch 6, the writing team provided training (workshops) and mentoring (coaching) to MSMEs in Bandung Regency. The major goal of the SCORE program is to help SMEs in Bandung Regency enhance their competitiveness so that they may use their own resources to achieve productivity and expand their competitive edge. The workshop program is implemented with topics such as teamwork and communication, increasing business productivity, financial records, determining the cost of goods sold (HPP), the use of promotional media, and increasing marketing understanding, while personal assistance is provided through visits to MSME production sites at least three times during the program. At the end of the program, there was a rise in MSMEs' development, indicating that 100% of MSMEs had participated in the provision and execution of information boards, HPP calculations, product innovation, and optimization of social media as a promotional medium. This success can help SMEs grow their capabilities, particularly in tackling some of the issues they confront, such as marketing, productivity, accounting, and budgetary restraints. With the settlement of these issues, the next step in strengthening the competitiveness of SMEs, aided by SCORE UNPAR in Bandung Regency, may be taken.

Stunting is a problem of chronic malnutrition in young children. Some of the causes of stunting were inappropriate of complementary feeding practices and lack of support from health cadres. One of the stunting locus areas in Indonesia is East Lombok Regency. An education programme needs to be conducted for stunting prevention, such as education of complementary feeding practices and socialisation of the book called "Rempah Lombok". The book was prepared as a guideline for cadres and mothers to provide recommended complementary feeding with local Lombok recipes. The indicator of the success of this activity was done by giving a question-and-answer quiz directly before and after the education process related to complementary feeding practices. The existence of programmes was expected to guide the cadres and mothers more easily and confidently in providing appropriate complementary feeding practices and improving the nutritional status of under-five children in East Lombok.

This community service aims to provide training on creating a WordWall educational game for teachers at SMA Dharma Amiluhur, Sedayu, Special Region of Yogyakarta. The training was held in May at the school and was attended by 25 teachers of all subjects. This activity begins with an introduction regarding the types of educational games, the advantages and disadvantages of each educational game, and the latest developments related to the benefits of using educational games for learning. In addition, this service is also focused on providing knowledge and understanding to teachers at Dharma Amiluhur High School regarding the benefits of the WordWall educational game, the features on the website and how to make it. The results of the dedication show that the success indicators have been achieved, namely ≥75% of teachers understand the benefits and features of WordWall, attendance at each meeting is 80%, and all teachers can make educational games WordWall with various features available even in learning that takes place after training, teachers at SMA Dharam Amiluhur have used the educational game WordWall as a learning evaluation website that students must work on. Therefore, this community service has achieved the set indicators of success and the goal of making teachers at the school able to understand and use the WordWall educational game has been achieved.

Basic Health Research data from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2018 showed that nationally the problem of central obesity at the age of 15 years was still serious, namely, 31%, while the prevalence of central obesity at the age of 15 years in Maluku reached 33%. Obesity is becoming a health problem worldwide; even the WHO states that obesity has become a global epidemic. Obesity is a health problem that must address immediately because it is a risk factor for degenerative diseases and metabolic syndrome. Obesity in adolescents needs to get serious attention, be consistent, and be addressed together. To improve health status and optimize adolescent growth and development, it is necessary to apply a healthy diet through the socialization of balanced nutrition with comic media and implementation assistance. Urban gardening for teenagers through mosque youth can be an effort to implement healthy eating patterns for teenagers for optimal nutrition and health status.

Abstrak

Tingginya kesadaran akan Kesehatan dalam masyarakat masih menjadi masalah, Penyebab umumnya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan dan kesadaran akan pentingnya memelihara kesehatan sebagai upaya mengurangi resiko dalam penyakit dalam Perilaku hidup bersih dan Sehat (PHBS). Program PHBS dalam pemerintahan sudah dilaksanakan akan tetapi bekum cukup optimal. Hal ini dintanda dengan masih tingginya angka kematian ibu dan Anak, gizi buruk, penyakit menular dan tidak menular, gaya hidup tidak sehat. Tujuan dilakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah mendukung program pemerintah dalam PBHS dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya perilaku hidu bersih dan sehat guna menurunkan resiko terjadinya penyakit. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan pada Kelompok Tani di Sumber Makmur di kecamatan Kaliwungu Kabupaten Kendal. Metode kegiatan dimulai dengan tahapan observasi penyebab kurangnya kesadaran perilaku PHBS dilanjurkan dengan tahapan advokasi terhadap sumber penyebab. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan mengenai perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada Kelompok Tani Sumber Makmur. Peningkatan pengetahuan antara lain pentingnya mempunyai sarana air bersih, jamban yang bersih, kebiasaan merokok yang tidak baik, pembuangan sampah pada tempatnya, dan konsumsi makanan bergizi.

Weed control or weeding can be done by means of preventive, mechanical, biological, technical culture, chemical and synthetic. Weed control with herbicides is the main choice compared to other methods because they are considered more effective in controlling weeds, besides being more cost-effective and time-effective. Weeding is an effort that must be done against it so as not to inhibit plant growth. With this activity, it can increase the community's ability to use palm vinegar as a natural herbicide to help farmers increase their crop yields, reduce the use of incendiary herbicides in weed control so as to increase the community's ability in organic farming.

Implementasi Transfer Pengetahuan Pertanahan Melalui Penyuluhan dan Klinik Pertanahan Desa

The presence of land and spatial issues in the Bejiharjo Urban Village presents a significant challenge in providing understanding and awareness to the community in its management. Transfer of knowledge to raise awareness among the people of Bejiharjo faces challenges such as strong institutional and political bureaucracy, geographical diversity of the region, and people's educational backgrounds. This paper presents the findings of a qualitative study, the data for which was gathered through the focus group discussion (FGD) method and interviews with 20 residents. Discussions focused on conveying the diversity of potential areas worth developing, while interviews were used to address land and spatial issues. The findings show that counseling about the diversity of regional potentials and providing solutions to land problems can be used to foster community empowerment, improve the quality of land services, and meet the community's security needs for their land. However, the uniformity of land service requirements, the ease of bureaucracy in each institution, and the political will of the authorities to assist residents in the regions are the keys to achieving social welfare

Community Empowerment in Utilizing Local Agricultural Waste as an Effort to Recover The Red Onion Farming Economy

Enrekang Regency is the largest shallot producing area in South Sulawesi. The spread of shallot cultivation is found in several sub-districts in Enrekang Regency, especially in several sub-districts, especially in Baraka Sub-District, Banti Village, which is the largest producer of shallot commodities. Shallots require intense agricultural inputs so that farmers often insist on using chemicals in controlling pests and plant diseases that attack them, of course this has a very bad impact on the health of farmers and the environmental ecosystem, especially the shallot commodity itself which is cultivated is unhealthy for consumption because it contains dangerous heavy metals. Even though around the brand there are many agricultural wastes that are simply wasted and not utilized. These agricultural wastes can be processed into good organic fertilizer for plant growth and land rehabilitation. So that this community service aims to train shallot farmers to process and utilize agricultural waste that is around them to be used as good organic fertilizer for plant growth in the long term. This service activity was carried out with the partners of the Keinnawa Farmers Group in Baraka Village to increase awareness, concern, insight, skills and expertise in processing useful agricultural waste. The number of farmers involved is 55 people with community education, outreach, direct practice and mentoring methods. The results of this dedication resulted in the level of participation of farmers to be involved by 83% in activities and increased awareness of utilizing waste by 77%. The results obtained need to be continuously improved, especially the involvement of government officials to collaborate with academics to get assistance with Keinnawa Partners in maintaining the continuity of this activity.

Community Partnership Empowerment Through Utilizing Waste Glass for Construction Products

Waste glass constitutes significant landfill waste, leading to environmental concerns. Considering its chemical composition, glass powder contains 50% to 60% silica, making it suitable for construction materials. Consequently, this community service initiative introduced waste glass as a building material, serving as a partial substitute for sand in construction products. In addition, the activity involved teaching partners how to create castings/road gates utilizing waste glass. The target partners in this activity were productive business groups engaged in selling wind holes, well rings, rosters, and similar products. The approach applied involved socialization and hands-on practices at the partner's premises. The program's success was obtained through interviews and product compressive strength tests with the partners. The outcomes demonstrate the partners' keen interest in the activity, their understanding of the benefits of utilizing waste glass as a partial sand replacement, and their ability to create products. Notably, the compressive strength of the products created with the partners ranged from 24.72 MPa to 30.84 MPa, aligning with the SNI 03-2442-1991 standard for road curbs (30 MPa). The activity positively impacted the partners, enhancing their business prospects and contributing to environmental sustainability. The training helps in enhancing the partners' skills and capabilities.

This community service activity is carried out by providing information through counseling, demonstrations, and technical guidance. This service activity is in the form of financial recording skills both manually and in applications. The results of this community service activity can help MSME actors to understand financial records both manually and by application.

Kitchen wastewater management near Bincau Irrigation Embankment is a major environmental issue. To address this concern, we held a community engagement program to teach wastewater management and install a floating, four-chamber Simple Grease Trap (GASTDAR). Fats, oils, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), and Chemical Oxygen Demand were measured before and after GASTDAR deployment to assess water quality. GASTDAR decreased lipids and oils 64.3%, TSS 53.7%, and COD 55.7%. Restaurant owners and employees' wastewater management knowledge and attitudes increased dramatically. Finally, GASTAR's unique design reduced the environmental impact of kitchen wastewater, improving the water ecosystem near the Bincau Irrigation Embankment.

Driving Safety Education at Sewon Muhammadiyah Middle School, Bantul, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Education about the importance of road safety is a way to shape children mindset and character, especially adolescence who have the potential to actively traffic on the road. Equipping them with knowledge and raising awareness of traffic rules in teenagers is expected to be able to help give them the best chance of keeping safe while they’re young and as they get older -become obeying people and pioneers of road safety. This service activity is a concrete step to create young people awareness about the importance of road and driving safety. Driving safety education at Sewon Muhammadiyah Middle School, Bantul becomes an effort to provide knowledge readiness for pre-teenagers (under 16 years) so that it is hoped that they will be scientifically and mentally ready to drive at the age of 17 and over (after they get a driver's license/SIM). From this community service activity, the results showed an increase in understanding related to driving safety for adolescence, especially children in grade 2 junior high school at Sewon Muhammadiyah Middle School, as indicated by the average pre-test results that answered correctly at 48.18% and post-test results that answered correctly at 81. 90%. There was an increase in understanding of safety education participants by 33.72%.

Communication is one of the important 21^st century skills to teach to the students. The ability of using international laguage supports the global communication. English is the official international language as the media of communication in all important fields. In order to enable good teaching English in science, teachers need to improve their competence. One of the ways is participating in trainings. In current global era, technology facilitates the trainings effectively. The online training of English for Teaching Science held by BBGP Jawa Barat that previously named PPPPTK IPA was attended by primary and secondary school teachers. It provided the positive impacts of improving knowledge and skill of using English especially in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The average score gain of pretest and posttest is 26.95. The available data is analysed by counting N-Gain to find out the significance of participants’ improvement and training effectivity. The result shows that the normalized value of the online training of English for Teaching Science is 0,598 indicating fair and the percentage 59,76% shows the quite effectiveness of fulfilment. However, there was only 60% of participants met all training sessions. The obstacles faced by participants were technicals and facility availabilities.

This community service was carried out at the inclusive school X in Pekanbaru involving all Children with Special Needs. Children with Special Needs or commonly called ABK is a term for children who have physical, mental, social, or emotional conditions that are different from children in general. The use of the "Smart Learning" method which is optimized for children with special needs in inclusive schools is urgently needed to facilitate learning. This service involves collaboration between research teams, inclusive teachers, and principal to design, develop, and test the effectiveness of adaptive learning models that use information and communication technology (ICT). This "Smart Learning" method is specifically adapted to facilitate an inclusive learning process, taking into account the learning needs and preferences of each student. The method is carried out with the stages of observation, implementation and evaluation by presenting pre and post test surveys to find out the effectiveness of learning. The results of the post test show that the application of "Smart Learning" to children with special needs in inclusive schools can increase their active participation, motivate and increase their academic achievement

The canteen has a crucial role in delivering halal, safe, and healthy food as well as environmental protection. However, many processed food microentrepreneurs lack halal certification for their products and do not effectively manage waste. Registration for halal certification has been challenging due to a lack of education, information, and dedication. Tertiary institutions should provide training on product halal assurance systems, technical registration of halal certification through a self-declaring scheme, and 3R-based waste management (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) as a form of community service so that they can become eco-friendly halal canteens. This is consistent with the concept of rahmatan lil alamin. Questionnaire distribution is used to test the measurement of training results. Following the training, it was discovered that participants' knowledge of halal products, how to acquire halal certification, and waste management had improved. Canteen microentrepreneurs demonstrate their willingness to apply for halal certification and execute 3R-based waste management.

Community Service: Training for Student Affairs Vice Principals' Work Program Development in Pekanbaru. This outreach activity was conducted by the faculty members of the Master's Program in Management at the Graduate School of Universitas Lancang Kuning. The participants included 18 vice principals from state high schools (SMAN), 10 from vocational schools (SMKN), and 4 from state Islamic schools (MAN), totaling 32 vice principals. The objective of this initiative was to enhance the competencies of student affairs vice principals in addressing and anticipating various teenage misbehaviors prevalent in today's society. The training aimed to foster the creation of effective work programs that would nurture students' character and creativity while promoting the development of scientific and technological knowledge that benefits the local community, nation, and country. The benefits derived from this program included the formulation of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual work programs for student affairs vice principals in SMAN, SMKN, and MAN throughout Pekanbaru, with a focus on character building, student behavior, and creativity, while also preserving Riau Malay Culture. Furthermore, the training aimed to proactively address the impact of media on adolescent behavior, especially among secondary school students. The anticipated outcomes of this training endeavor aimed to make a positive contribution to the local community, nation, and country at large.

Elementary school teachers in the Laweyan sub-district of Surakarta do not yet have optimal insight regarding developing music applications to support material delivery in class. This community service activity is focused on training elementary school teachers to use music scoring (notation) software with the Musescore application. The results of this training found the formation of teacher skills using the Musescore music application to support music learning in elementary schools.

Understanding of Healthy and Halal Additive Criteria for MSME Actors in Gresik Regency

Gresik Regency is very rich in its typical food involving UMKM. They were still use many synthetic additives such as dyes, flavors, and flavorings with the aim of beautifying the appearance and strengthening the taste. The continuous use of synthetic additives can interfere with health and also many have not met halal criteria. They do not know or apathetic to the dangers posed by the use of additives, so it is necessary to carry out socialization related to healthy and halal ingredients. The methods used are counseling and practice of identifying ingredients based on nutritional composition and critical ingredients and conducting evaluations through response questionnaires. The results showed that 36.4% of participants did not know how to identify halal products; 36.5 – 45.5% still use synthetic additives and 90.9% their knew the effects of using synthetic additives. The practice showed that UMKM do not understand critical materials so that follow-up needs on understanding critical materials.

Breadfruit (Artocarpus altilis) has the opportunity to become an alternative food in order to support food security by making flour from processed breadfruit. Yellow breadfruit tastes like flour. Cookies are usually made of wheat. Wheat has a higher content of calories, protein, fat and phosphorus than breadfruit flour while breadfruit flour has a higher content of vitamins, calcium, carbohydrates than wheat. This service program aims to provide training to empowerment and family welfare women on how to process breadfruit into breadfruit flour and make cookies of it. The service was held in December 2020 in Nipa-Nipa Village, Bantaeng Regency. This service program uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The results of breadfruit cake using the preference test showed satisfactory performance. This training will provide insight to PKK mothers so they can take advantage of the abundance of tribes in Bantaeng district. The existence of this training is expected to grow new small and medium enterprises in the context of developing regional souvenirs.

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pendampingan dan pelatihan Bahasa dalam merintis edu-wisata Kampung Inggris Lawu di Desa Puntukrejo, Kabupaten Karanganyar. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode Participation Action research dengan Focus Group discussion (FGD), angket, wawancara, pemetaan, pelatihan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama 1.5 bulan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukan peningkatan rata-rata level keterampilan berbahasa inggris pada konteks sehari-hari, pertanian/perkebunan, dan pariwisata serta mulai terciptanya kepercayaan diri peserta untuk berkomunikasi dengan pemilihan kosakata sesuai dengan konteks. Peningkatan keterampilan Bahasa Inggris dapat membantu peserta berpartisipasi dalam menyukseskan berdirinya Kampung Inggris yang akan berdampak pada kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Salah satu yang menjadi kewajiban adalah melaksanakan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat, yang dilakukan dalam kaitannya dengan kepentingan masing-masing lembaga pendidikan terutama yang terkait dengan peningkatan keterampilan pencari kerja lulusan sekolah/siswa kelas XII. Program Autodesk Inventor merupakan salah satu program menggambar baik menggambar 2D dan 3D serta sangat berperan penting baik di perusahaan dan juga disekolah. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Ma’arif NU 01 Suradadi Kab. Tegal dengan jumlah peserta 15 siswa. Dalam pelatihan ini dilakukan beberapa tahap yaitu pretest, materi tentang 2D dan 3D, praktikum yang dilakukan oleh siswa dan tahap terakhir evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan para siswa mengalami peningkatan disbanding sebelum mengenal aplikasi autodeks inventor. Sedangakan evaluasi kepuasan peserta pelatihan sangat antusias dengan kegiatan pelatihan penggunaan Aplikasi Autodesk Inventor ini karena bisa mendapatkan bekal kompetensi dan ketrampilan dalam bidang menggambar.

Abstract

Nugget is a processed meat products which mixed or without other ingredients and permitted food additives. In its manufacture, the nugget is formed and then steamed and fried before being consumed. One of the most widely grown horticultural crops in the Nagari Ladang Panjang area is corn. Corn can be used as nuggets which are rich in fiber and added tofu as its protein. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge to the community about making sweet corn-based nuggets. The results of the implementation of this service were successful in processing and the community was very enthusiastic. This corn nuggets product can be used as an alternative in consuming vegetable protein and fiber. If these corn nuggets are developed properly, they can become one of the superior products in the form of frozen food from Nagari Ladang Panjang.
