Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Job Insecurity dan Abusive Supervision serta peran Moderasi Social Worth. Lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan Pada BNI Life Wilayah 08 Denpasar. Sedangkan waktu penelitian dilakukan pada bulan April hingga Juni 2021. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah responden tenaga pemasar asuransi yang berkerja di BNI Life Wilayah 08 Denpasar. Dengan 142 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis data berupa analisis deskriptif, uji validitas konvergen dan diskriminan serta uji reliabilitas, dengan analisis SEM=PLS. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa dari data yang telah diolah, menunjukkan perhitungan pengaruh variabel Job insecurity berpengaruh negatif terhadap Abusive Supervision yaitu sebesar -0,373, dan Social Worth memoderasi sebesar 0,165.
