The subject covers, but not limited to, textual and fieldwork research with various perspectives of library and information science, archive, documentation, and many more. One form of library collaboration is library benchmarking. Library benchmarking is the process of comparing libraries to identify best practices and procedures that can be implemented in one's own library. The purpose of this paper is to review the library collaboration between UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung and IAIN Ternate through the benchmarking method, with a focus on the steps taken by the library management of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung as the entity under comparison. This research adopts a qualitative method, with data obtained through observation, interviews, and literature review. The research findings indicate that this collaboration has been ongoing for approximately two years, with various collaborative programs, including the development of a shared repository and the enhancement of human resources' competencies. Through benchmarking, this collaboration has aided both libraries, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung's library and IAIN Ternate's library, in improving their service quality and strengthening cross-library cooperation. Without collaboration and cooperation with expert institutions in the field of information technology, obstacles can occur and hinder the delivery of the roles and functions of library institutions. The research aims to investigate the benefits, challenges, and solutions as well as analyze the success factors of collaboration on information technology services between the Library and PTIPD UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung as a form of internal cooperation. This research uses descriptive qualitative method through data collection using observation, interview, and literature study techniques. The findings show that with good collaboration between information institutions, the user community will be able to enjoy better, useful, and affordable access to information technology. Even so, the results show that there are programs that have not been implemented from this collaboration. Indicators of the success of collaboration show that program activities need to be developed and implemented so that information technology services in libraries can improve. The qualitative research method was employed, employing a case study approach. The data was procured through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results demonstrated that the librarians at SMPN 3 Banguntapan have implemented diverse innovations and creative tactics in their library services, which encompass captivating programs, compilation of collections tailored to students' interests, and collaboration with teachers to support literary pursuits. The principal discovery of this investigation is that librarian inventiveness manifests a beneficial impact on students' reading interest. The students exhibited heightened involvement in library activities, greater enthusiasm towards reading books, and more active participation in the literary programs organized. Furthermore, the students' reading interest was also observed to escalate due to their enhanced comprehension of the value of reading and facilitated access to reading materials. In results, the significance of librarian creativity in kindling students' reading interest at SMPN 3 Banguntapan is of paramount importance. Based on the observations made, students at Kemala Bhayangkari High School have a lack of interest in reading texts. Students often feel bored and disinterested when they have to read texts as a source of information. This study aims to describe the improvement of digital literacy skills among 10th-grade students at Kemala Bhayangkari High School through the podcast platform Spotify. The research method used is qualitative with in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The research informants consist of 10 students who have been listening to podcasts via the Spotify platform for more than 6 months. Data analysis techniques involve data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data is ensured through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study show that the use of the Spotify podcast platform can improve the digital literacy skills of 7 out of 10 informants. Utilizing the features offered by Spotify demonstrates benefits in enhancing students' digital literacy skills through the podcast platform, such as improving topic comprehension, increasing stimulation and imagination, and enhancing learning motivation. The purpose of this writing is to narrate information retrieval using Encryption in the form of electronic scientific papers. The results obtained are that information retrieval in Encryption at Respati University Library Yogyakarta is able to provide fast and efficient access for both librarians and users. In addition, the installation of the website address on the table is also a reminder to use Escription. This paper describes the flow of the service system, starting from the initial circulation activities until the collection returns to the library. The author will also add administrative aspects from the point of view of librarians and user experience. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The sustainability of this system will also be discussed, from the initial design to the time of writing this paper, with the hope that it will provide benefits for users and become a guide for other libraries that wish to adopt a similar system. The results of this study indicate that the Books Delivery service system at the XYZ University Library provides benefits for students with disabilities. Libraries are able to act as the heart of higher education for students with disabilities by providing accessibility, completeness of learning resources, equity in accessing and obtaining information. The sustainability of this system has also been discussed from the initial design to the time of writing this paper. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The informant in this research was a librarian at the Pustakalana Children's Library. The results will go through the data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing stages. The research results show that the management functions at the Pustakalana Children's Library are quite good.
