It is suspected that the dose of Atonik ZPT affects the growth of green betel plant seeds. This research was conducted using a completely randomized design of 4 treatments with 5 replications. The observation data is processed by analysis of variance using the SPSS version 17 program, if Ho is rejected, it continues with the DMRT test at 5% level. The four treatments in the study of the efficacy of Atonik ZPT doses on the growth of stem cuttings of green betel plants (Piper betle. L) were the 4 doses of Atonik ZPT treatment; 2, 4, 6 and 8 ml/l water. The research was carried out using polybags filled with planting media mixed with topsoil and compost in a ratio of 3:1. The observation parameters observed were: Percentage of life, Number of shoots (fruit), Shoot height (cm), Number of leaves (strands), Widest leaf length (cm), and Widest leaf width (cm). The research results did not show a real effect. Waste management has an important impact on economic, ecological and social aspects. The aim of this research was analyzed the current condition of waste handling and its problems in Pelalawan, Riau. The research method was used&nbsp; the survey method. The data were used&nbsp; primary and secondary data. The results of the research showed that the problems with waste management in Pelalawan are: limited facilities for collecting and transporting waste, the location of open dumping sites, and inadequate waste management. The potential for waste generation in Pelalawan district in 2021 is 183.87 tonnes/day. Currently, waste services in Pelalawan Regency can only be served by 40% of the total of 12 sub-district areas in Pelalawan. Global warming is caused by increasing concentrations of greenhouse gases due to human activities such as burning fossil fuels and deforestation. The only surefire method to reduce greenhouse gas emissions today is to reduce consumption of energy and other resources. The research methodology uses interviews with stakeholders with descriptive analysis. From the results it was found that environmental conditions consisting of ecological aspects can be seen from the land, water quality and air, while the economic aspect can be seen from community income and social culture in Pelalawan Regency which is related to environmental management from the inner aspect in Pelalawan Regency. Contains nutrients that can increase plant growth. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of fertilization on the vegetative growth of Taiwan White Guava (Psidium guajava L. cv. Taiwan White) and to study the length, width and height of the leaves. This research was conducted at the Deni’s Farm guava plantation located on Jl. Bypass, Minas District, Siak Regency. This research was carried out using data collection techniques in the form of observation, direct observation and documentation as methods. In this research, a qualitative descriptive approach was used in data processing. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that liquid organic fertilizer or NPK fertilizer has an effect on Psidium Guajava L. cv. Taiwanese white. If the fertilizer concentration or dosage is not too high and according to the dosage, Psidium guajava L. cv White Taiwan will produce good quality growth. At a concentration of 3 ml/l (P3) the tallest plants were obtained, at a concentration of 1 ml/l (P1) and 4 ml/l (P4) the leaves were very numerous, leaf length, leaf width and. stem height is obtained. good quality. While the average leaf length of the 10 samples was 11.1 cm, Psidium guajava L. cv.
