Abstract
In the world of work attendance is very necessary, because attendance can be a company guide to assess whether employees are disciplined or not and can also be a report to calculate employee salaries. attendance which is applied in PT. Redes Jaya Persada currently uses a manual system, where employees have to fill in their respective names in the attendance form, the next obstacle from the results of the interview is that there is often loss of attendance forms and attendance reports are made once a day, this manual attendance system also cannot calculate the length of time. employee work automatically. then the aim of this research is to solve the problems that exist in PT. Redes Jaya Persada. This system design uses structured modeling techniques in the form of UML and uses the waterfall method of software development methods. The results of the Information System testing are designed to work in accordance with the system design mechanism at the beginning. This information system can handle well the process of displaying employee attendance information, processing employee data, and printing employee attendance reports
