PENGARUH GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP FINANCIAL DISTRESS DIPERUSAHAAN BUMN YANG TERDAFTAR DIBEI 2017-2019

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance consisting of the Board of Directors, Independent Commissioners, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Audit Committee, and Company Size on Financial Distress. Data collection using the Purposive Sampling method on BUMN companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019, as many as 20 companies were used as samples and the method used in this study used Multiple Linear Regression.
