: This research aims to examine the influence of profitability, liquidity, solvency, an activity on company value. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population of this research is 47 banking companies listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2018 – 2022. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique according to th criteria to obtain a sample of 32 companies. The research uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research state that profitability, liquidity, solvency and activity simultaneously and significantly influence company value. Partially testing the hypothesis that the profitability variabele has no significant effect on company value.
