Pengaruh Struktur Modal, GCG, Ukuran Perusahaan, Tangibility Dan Efisiensi Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Farmasi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2022

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of Capital Structure (DER), GCG, Company Size, Tangibility and Efficiency on Financial Performance in Pharmaceutical Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The population in this study was 11 pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 5 years, namely 2018-2022. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 9 companies were obtained. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear regression test. The results of this research are that Capital Structure has a significant effect on Financial Performance, GCG has no effect on Financial Performance, Company Size has no effect on Financial Performance, Tangibility has no effect on Financial Performance and Efficiency has a significant effect on Financial Performance.
