Abstract

: The research aims to determine the effect of female board of directors on company value : Ethical and social compliance as a mediating variable in financial companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2015-2022.The sampling method uses purposive sampling with sample size of 46 companies.The research data processing using the Warp PLS 7.0. The results of this study indicate that female board of directors have a significant effect on company value. Female board of directors have a significant effect on ethical and social compliance. Ethical and social compliance have a significant effect on company value. Ethical dan social compliance can mediate the effect of female board of directors on company value
