This research aims to examine the influence of work discipline, organizational commitment, and competence on the work productivity of hauling drivers at PT Prima Transportasi Servis Indonesia in Pangkalan Kerinci – Riau. This research employs a quantitative method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. This research investigates work productivity as the dependent variable, and work discipline, organizational commitment, and competence as independent variables. The study utilizes primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to 52 hauling driver respondents in the transport department at PT. Prima Transportasi Servis Indonesia, which serves as the research sample. The sampling process uses Slovin's formula and employs probability sampling techniques by taking samples from the population using random sampling. The results of this study show that the t-test results for the work discipline variable (X1), organizational commitment variable (X2), and competence variable (X3) have the same value, which is sig. 0.000, meaning it is smaller than the probability of 0.05. Therefore, the work discipline variable (X1), organizational commitment variable (X2), and competence variable (X3) have a significant influence on the work productivity variable (Y). Meanwhile, the F-test results show a significance value of 0.000, indicating that work discipline (X1), organizational commitment (X2), and competence (X3) simultaneously influence work productivity (Y). The results from the multiple linear regression analysis equation are: Y = 0.374 + 0.179 X1 + 0.109 X2 + 0.391 X3 + e, concluding that the work discipline variable (X1) has an effect of 17.9% on work productivity (Y), while the organizational commitment variable (X2) has an effect of 10.9% on work productivity (Y), and the competence variable (X3) has an influence of 39.1% on work productivity (Y). Therefore, overall in this research, the work discipline variable (X1), organizational commitment variable (X2), and competence variable (X3) studied have an influence on work productivity (Y) of 67.9%, and the remaining 32.1% is influenced by other variables not investigated in this study.
