This study aims to examine the influence of bank size, TPF, ROA, CAR, and NPL on credit distribution in conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2023. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal research design. The data used are secondary, obtained from the annual financial reports of the 29 banks that served as the study sample. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression methods to determine the simultaneous and partial effects of each independent variable on credit distribution. The results show that simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on credit distribution. Partially, each variable—bank size, third party funds, ROA, CAR, and NPL—also has a significant effect on the amount of credit disbursed. This demonstrates that internal bank factors play a crucial role in improving the bank's intermediation function. Therefore, banks need to strengthen asset management, maintain operational efficiency, increase capital adequacy, and effectively manage credit risk to maintain optimal credit distribution capacity. This research also contributes to the development of science in the field of finance and can be a reference for further research by adding external variables to obtain a more comprehensive understanding.
