Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify how the Community Empowerment, Village, Population, and Civil Registration Office of Riau Province's work environment and culture affect employee performance. The questionnaire employed in the research measured factors along a likert scale, and its results were analyzed with the use of SPSS Version 25 for Windows utilizing validity, reliability, normalcy, multiple linear regression, partial tests (t tests), and simultaneous tests (F tests). Using the saturated sample approach, we sampled from a population of 100 persons (census method). Statistical analysis indicates that there is a significant positive relationship between workplace environment and employee performance (tcount > ttable = 3.087 > 1.985, sig. = 0.003 0.05), between workplace culture and employee performance (tcount > ttable = 6.542 > 1.985, sig. = 0.000 0.05), and between workplace environment and organizational culture (tcount > ttable = 6.542 > 1.985, sig. = 0.000 0.05).
