Abstract

The government has developed a competency-based curriculum (KBK), and in 2006 it became the Education Unit Level Curriculum (KTSP). The government developed the 2013 Curriculum nationally into an independent curriculum. The development of an independent curriculum is designed to prepare and build future Indonesian youth who have the profile of Pancasila students. The young generation of Indonesia who is civilized, dignified, cultured, has character, has faith and fears God Almighty, has noble character, is healthy, knowledgeable, capable, creative, independent, democratic, and is responsible for guarding the life of the nation and state. Therefore, to support the effectiveness and understanding of curriculum implementation. In practice, principals and school supervisors are required to be able to share good practices in differentiated learning in accordance with the operational curriculum of the driving school. One of the competencies in moderating the competence of principals and school supervisors is managerial moderation. This requires learning and training in the form of social and emotional learning workshops based on the CASEL (Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning) framework as an approach.
