Abstract

Regional excellence products based on home industry need to be developed to improve the local based- economy. Partner in this community service is the home industry Andil Jaya Bakery which is focused on bread and cookies. Problems faced by partners; a) the equipment used is still manual; b) lack of partner human resources; c) productivity decreases; d) the place of production is not feasible; and d) not orderly financial books. The methods used are; a) procurement of planetary mixer; b) product innovation training; c) layout of the production site; and d) accounting assistance. The results of the community service showed that the turnover owned by the partners started from 750 seeds per day to 1200 seeds per day with an increase in turnover per day of 37.5%. Improvement of product quality after procurement of planetary mixer machines initially took 60 minutes / 12kg to 20 minutes / 6kg of dough.
