Abstract

As technology advances, there are many materials that can be chosen to make decorative lamps. Materials used include yarn, wood, bamboo, plastic, glass and acrylic. In decorative lights using materials from glass or clear acrylic boards, this can be carved as desired, such as a character or caricature image. Glass or acrylic boards can look attractive and charming so lights are installed so they can give off a beautiful light. These lights are installed using Led Strip lights which have various colors according to the color we want. According to data from the Bengkulu Province Central Bureau of Statistics in 2019 the number of unemployed people in Bengkulu City was 17,521 people besides that during the Covid 19 pandemic, Bengkulu City residents were told to stay at home so that many of the youth became unemployed and could not make a living for living expenses so that income Bengkulu society is decreasing. This service activity consists of three sessions, namely the first session providing material about the meaning of decorative lights, acrylic boards, and materials and tools for making decorative lights, the second session, namely the direct practice of assembling 3D decorative lights, and the last session, namely the evaluation of activities containing filling out an assessment questionnaire. participants about the delivery of materials and activities to assemble lamps. Based on the summary above, the writer raised the title Training on Making 3D Led Acrylic Decorative Lights to Increase Income for Tunakarya Youth in Bengkulu City.
