This research discusses business process modeling in the Subdivision of Audio Visual and News at the Bureau of Public Relations and Protocol of the South Sumatra Governor’s Office using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN). The main problems identified are unstructured workflows, lack of standardization, and manual monitoring that hinder work effectiveness. Through BPMN modeling, this study produces a more systematic and standardized business process design that supports automated supervision. The results show improvements in efficiency, effectiveness of content distribution, and quality of team coordination. The implementation of BPMN makes a significant contribution to enhancing public service delivery, making it faster, more transparent, and more targeted.
