Evaluasi Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi Inspekta Di PT. PLN UP2D S2JB Menggunakan Metode Pieces

This study aims to evaluate user satisfaction with the Inspekta Application at PT PLN UP2D S2JB using the PIECES Framework, which includes six main aspects: Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. The research method employed was descriptive quantitative, utilizing questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents consisting of active employees who use the application in their daily operational activities. The analysis results show that all PIECES indicators obtained an average score within the "satisfied" category, with the highest score in the efficiency aspect (4.14) and the lowest in the economic aspect (3.80). Overall, the average satisfaction score reached 4.08, indicating positive acceptance of the application. Although Inspekta has contributed significantly to improving operational efficiency, transparency, and reducing the use of physical documents, several weaknesses remain, particularly in data security, information validation, and the availability of technical support. This research provides strategic recommendations, including application performance optimization, the enhancement of security layers, and strengthening of support services, so that the application can further improve its quality and sustainably support organizational performance.
