PENDEKATAN POSTULAT JARAK TERDEKAT RUMAH SAKIT RUJUKAN COVID-19 DI KERESIDENAN SURAKARTA INDONESIA MENGGUNAKAN HAVERSINE FORMULA

Abstract

Covid-19 menjadi pandemi global, penyebaran sangat cepat makin bertambahnya kasus terkonfirmasi Covid-19 dan mengharuskan pasien di rawat di rumah sakit. Surakarta merupakan salah satu wilayah di Republik Indonesia dengan ditemukannya kasus Covid-19. Pemerintah diharuskan menangani Covid-19 melalui penyediaan rumah sakit rujukan Covid-19, namun rumah sakit rujukan Covid-19 tersebar di beberapa wilayah, sehingga bermasalah dalam jarak yang bervariasi antar rumah sakit. Jarak antara dua rumah sakit rujukan Covid-19 tidak begitu dipahami sehingga diperlukan informasi penentuan jarak terdekat rumah sakit rujukan Covid-19. Penentuan jarak terdekat rumah sakit rujukan Covid-19 dapat dihitung melalui Haversine Formula. Metode penelitian dengan mengumpulkan data rumah sakit rujukan Covid-19 di setiap kota/kabupaten dalam Keresidenan Surakarta, kemudian dihitung nilai D (jarak terdekat) antara dua rumah sakit dalam radius 5 kilometer. Apabila nilai D tidak mencapai 5 kilometer, akan ditentukan jarak terdekat yang mendekati 5 kilometer di antara rumah sakit di kota/kabupaten lainnya melalui postulat-postulat untuk setiap nilai D lebih dari 5 kilometer { . Hasil didapatkan interval nilai D antara 0 hingga 5 kilometer {  terdapat 16 jarak terdekat antara dua rumah sakit. Adanya kasus untuk nilai D melebihi 5 kilometer { , sehingga ditentukan postulat pertama {  untuk 2 jarak, postulat kedua  {  untuk 5 jarak, dan postulat ketiga {  untuk 2 jarak antara dua rumah sakit. Pemerintah Daerah kota/kabupaten dalam Keresidenan Surakarta, Jawa Tengah, Republik Indonesia diharapkan memperhatikan jarak antara rumah sakit serta evaluasi terkait persiapan kesiapsiagaan dalam penanganan pasien Covid-19 berdasarkan postulat pertama, kedua, dan ketiga.

Abstract

A global pandemic Covid-19 is very fast spreading, increasing the number of confirmed cases that require patients to hospitalize. Surakarta is one of the Covid-19 confirmed regions in the Republic of Indonesia. The government needs to provide information on referral hospitals; however, there are scatters in several areas, cause problems in varying distances between two hospitals. The distance between there are unwell understood, so we need to determine the closest distance to the referral hospital. Determination of the closest distance calculates with Haversine Formula. The research methodology was to collect data on the Covid-19 referral hospital in each district within the Surakarta residency, then calculated the D value (closest distance) between two hospitals within a 5-kilometer radius. If the value of D higher than 5 kilometers, it would determine the closest distance approached 5 kilometers between hospitals in other districts through postulates for each D value higher than 5 kilometers { . Result, the D value interval is between 0 and 5 kilometers {  there are 16 shortest distances between two hospitals. We found for D values ​​exceeding 5 kilometers { , so we determined the first postulate {  for 2 distances, second postulate {  for 5 distances, third postulate {  for 2 distances between two hospitals. Each government of Residency of Surakarta, Republic of Indonesia is expected to pay attention to that distance as well as evaluations related to handling Covid-19 patients based on first, second, and third postulates.
