Sasaran remunerasi mendorong peningkatan profesionalisme dan kinerja pegawai.&nbsp; Sistem&nbsp; perhitungan &nbsp;remunerasi&nbsp; pegawai &nbsp;yang dilaksanakan&nbsp; oleh&nbsp; tim remunerasi saat ini belum menggunakan sebuah aplikasi&nbsp; yang bisa mengatasi kesulitan pada saat scoring seluruh pegawai yang berjumlah 648 orang pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tengku Rafi’an Siak dengan latar belakang pendidikan &nbsp;dan &nbsp;resiko&nbsp;&nbsp; kerja&nbsp; &nbsp;yang &nbsp;berbeda,&nbsp;&nbsp; selain &nbsp;itu &nbsp;sistem &nbsp;perhitungan remunerasi saat ini kurang efektif dalam entry data sehingga tidak terjadi kesinambungan data antara unit satu dan unit lain dalam pengelolaan data remunerasi. Diperlukan sarana yang dapat meringankan tugas bagian keuangan dalam menyelesaikan masalah perhitungan nilai remunerasi pegawai tersebut. Salah &nbsp;satu &nbsp;alternatif &nbsp;yanng&nbsp; dapat &nbsp;membantu &nbsp;menyelesaikan &nbsp;masalah &nbsp;tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan sistem komputerisasi dalam suatu instansi untuk mengolah perhitungan nilai remunerasi pegawai. Mengolah perhitungan nilai remunerasi pegawai tentunya memiliki beberapa kriteria perhitungan skor seperti Kontribusi &nbsp;Pegawai &nbsp;serta&nbsp; Tingkat &nbsp;Skor&nbsp; dari &nbsp;Pendidikan &nbsp;Terakhir, &nbsp;Jabatan Pegawai, Unit Kerja Pegawai, Pengskoran PNS Pegawai dan juga Posisi Kerja Pegawai. Aplikasi&nbsp; Remunerasi ini dapat memanajemen laporan&nbsp; keuangan&nbsp; dan juga&nbsp;&nbsp; pembagian&nbsp; &nbsp;upah&nbsp; &nbsp;secara&nbsp; &nbsp;terkomputerisasi.&nbsp; &nbsp;Aplikasi&nbsp; &nbsp;ini&nbsp; &nbsp;juga&nbsp; &nbsp;dapat menampilkan informasi terkait pembagian upah berdasarkan score pada masing- masing pegawai ataupun dokter, serta persentase bagian yang didapat. The remuneration goal encourages employee professionalism and performance improvement. The employee remuneration calculation system implemented by the remuneration team does not currently use an application that can overcome the difficulties when scoring all 648 employees at the Tengku Rafi’an Siak Regional General Hospital with different educational backgrounds and work risks, besides that the current remuneration calculation system is less effective in data entry so there is no data continuity between one unit and another unit in remuneration data management. Facilities are needed that can ease the task of the financial department in solving the problem of calculating the employee’s remuneration value. One alternative that can help solve the problem is by implementing a computerized system in an agency to process the calculation of employee remuneration values. Processing the calculation of employee remuneration value certainly has several score calculation criteria such as Employee Contribution and the Score Level of the Latest Education, Employee Position, Employee Work Unit, Employee Civil Servants and also Employee Work Position. This Remuneration application can manage financial reports and also the distribution of computerized wages. This application can also display information related to the distribution of wages based on the score on each employee or doctor, as well as the percentage of the portion obtained.
