PRINSIP DAN KRITERIA DESAIN UNIVERSITAS BARITO RAYA DI KABUPATEN BARITO UTARA

Abstract

Barito Raya University is planned to support the development, improvement and development of Human Resources in East Barito Regency. The development of Barito Raya University is considered strategic and needed by the people of East Barito Regency. The plan for this university is as an educational facility for surrounding districts such as North Barito Regency and South Barito Regency. Barito Raya University was built on the basis that there is no integrated campus that can accommodate the interests of the people of East Barito Regency and as a support for the National Capital Buffer Area (IKN). The research method uses qualitative methods from interviews with prospective students and also conducts surveys of potential locations. The results of the analysis of Barito Raya University were built in an educational area that utilizes limited land designed to accommodate user activities and meet the needs of completing multi-storey buildings by utilizing circulation and ventilation, in optimal absorption of sunlight and wind into the building.
