PENERAPAN ASPEK ARSITEKTUR PSIKOLOGIS PADA PERANCANGAN YOUTH CENTER DI PEKANBARU

Abstract

The Youth Center is a building with educational, artistic and technological facilities designed to facilitate the development, interests, talents and personal growth of young people. The application of psychological architecture in this design aims to create an environment that supports productivity and creativity, as well as responding to the psychology of active and dynamic youth. The Psychological Architectural Approach consists of Visual, Thermal, Proximity and Territoriality. Youth Center design can respond to youth psychology while providing a comfortable place for activities, socializing, learning, and can carry out better interpersonal interactions by paying attention to psychological aspects such as closeness and more private space management.
