Abstract

Abstract

Kami Jaya Sejahtera Savings and Loans Cooperative plays a strategic role in supporting the economic activities of its members; however, it still faces limitations in utilizing digital technology, particularly in marketing and information services. The cooperative management has been conducted conventionally, resulting in limited promotion reach and suboptimal competitiveness of members’ products. This Community Service Program aimed to enhance the capacity of cooperative managers through training and implementation of digital marketing to improve product competitiveness and institutional performance. The methods applied in this program included lectures, discussions, demonstrations, hands-on practice, and implementation mentoring. The activity was conducted on September 25–26, 2025, involving 13 participants consisting of cooperative board members, supervisors, and employees. The results of the program indicated a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies, increased skills in managing social media platforms, and the establishment of official digital media accounts for the cooperative as promotional tools. Furthermore, a sustainable digital marketing strategy plan was successfully developed for future implementation. This program contributed positively to strengthening human resource capacity and expanding marketing opportunities for the cooperative. Therefore, digital marketing training has proven to be an effective empowerment approach to support cooperative transformation in the digital economy era.
