Abstract

Kesejahteraan mental menjadi isu yang semakin krusial, terutama bagi remaja dan dewasa awal yang menghadapi berbagai tekanan akademik, sosial, dan ekonomi. Fenomena self-harm meningkat akibat kurangnya pemahaman tentang kesehatan mental, stigma sosial, dan minimnya akses terhadap layanan psikologis. Budaya Sad Culture, yang diperkuat oleh media sosial, turut memperparah kondisi ini dengan menjadikan ekspresi kesedihan sebagai bagian dari identitas sosial tertentu. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini berfokus pada peningkatan self-resilience sebagai strategi pencegahan, pemulihan, dan pemeliharaan kesejahteraan mental sehingga akan meminimalisir dan menetralisir perilaku self-harm yang terjadi di kota Semarang. Pelatihan akan diberikan kepada kelompok sasaran melalui pendekatan edukatif dan terapi berbasis komunitas. Metode utama yang digunakan adalah model 6P (persiapan, penyusunan bahan, pengenalan, pelatihan, penutupan, dan pelaporan). Program ini akan mencakup pelatihan regulasi emosi, strategi koping, peningkatan kesadaran diri, serta penguatan dukungan sosial. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada resiliensi diri dan kesadaran diri mengenai self-harm pada peserta. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya penguatan self-resilience sebagai strategi preventif dalam upaya kesehatan mental komunitas remaja
