This research aims to examine the influence of work ethic and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Kampar Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The population in this study were 78 employees of the Kampar Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. The analysis used in this research is quantitative descriptive analysis. Descriptive analysis is statistics used to analyze data by describing or illustrating the data that has been collected as it is without intending to draw conclusions. The data collection techniques used were interviews and filling out questionnaires and the data was analyzed using multiple linear analysis. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the work ethic variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kampar Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This is proven by tcount > ttable (6.837 > 1.657) with a significance of 0.000. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the Organizational Culture variable has a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Kampar Regency Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency. This is proven by tcount > ttable (1.858 > 1.657) with a significance of 0.000
