Data were collected through questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed with SPSS. The results indicate that workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a t-value of 4.397 and a significance value of 0.000, contributing 31.9% to employee performance. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect, with a t-value of 2.671 and a significance value of 0.012, contributing 11.8%. Simultaneously, workload and work discipline significantly influence employee performance, with an F-value of 12.800 and a significance value of 0.000.
