The Effect of Transformational, Transactional and Work Motivation Leadership Styles on Employee Performance at PT. Halmahera Jaya Feronikel North Maluku

Abstract

This investigation was conducted at PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel North Maluku, using a sample of 98 respondents selected using the Slovin algorithm with a 10% margin of error in order to ascertain the impact of transactional, work motivation, and transformational leadership style on employee performance. Simple random sampling is the method of sampling that is employed. According to the studys findings, (1) PT Halmahera Jaya Feronikel North Maluku Utara employees performance is significantly and favorably impacted by transformational leadership by 16.3%, seen form the positive coefficient value of 0.163. (2) transactional leadership style has a 14.4% positive and significant impact on PT. Halmahera Jaya Feronikel North Maluku employees' performance, as indicated by the positive coefficient value of 0.144. (3) According to the positive coefficient value of 0.274, work motivation significantly and partially improves the performance of PT. Halmahera Jaya Feronikel North Maluku employees by 27.4%. (4) Employee performance at PT. Halmahera Jaya Feronikel North Maluku is positively and significantly impacted by transformational leadership style, transactional, and work motivation by 81.90%, according to the R square value of 0.819. Other factors not included in this study account for the remaining 18.1%.
