Pengaruh Lingkungan dan Stress Kerja Melalui Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru, dengan tujuan  mengkaji pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan stres kerja melalui motivasi pegawai terhadap kinerja RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tabel Crejcie & Morgan (1970) dan metode sistematic random sampling. Penelitian ini hanya akan mengambil populasi pegawai yang berstatus PNS dengan jumlah 215 orang, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 140 sampel. Teknik analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pada Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Pekanbaru, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; stres kerja yang tinggi akan menurunkan kinerja; tinggi rendahnya motivasi mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya kinerja; lingkungan kerja yang baik mampu meningkatkan motivasi pegawai; stres kerja yang dialami oleh para pegawai  mempengaruhi motivasi mereka dalam melayani masyarakat; meningkatnya motivasi karena semakin baiknya lingkungan kerja yang dirasakan para pegawai akan meningkatkan kinerja; dan menurunnya motivasi para pegawai akibat stres kerja yang tinggi akan menurunkan kinerja.
