Determinasi Motivasi Pada Hubungan Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Transaksional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasi Konstruksi (Studi Pada Anggota Gabungan Pelaksana Konstruksi Indonesia atau Gapensi Provinsi Riau)

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Anggota Gabungan Pelaksana Konstruksi Indonesia/Gapensi Provinsi Riau dengan tujuan mengkaji determinasi motivasi pada hubungan kepemimpinan transformasional dan transaksional terhadap komitmen organisasi kontruksi. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 523 manajer anggota Gapensi Provinsi Riau. Adapun besar sampel penelitian, penulis menggunakan tabel dari Krejcie & Morgan, 1970 sebesar 221 yang diambil menggunakan systematic sampling. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pada perusahaan anggota Gapensi Provinsi Riau, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi; Kepemimpinan transaksional berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi; motivasi tidak mampu memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasi, hanya berperan sebagai variabel eksogen atau vairabel bebas; dan motivasi mampu memperkuat pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap komitmen organisasi, yang membuktikan bahwa motivasi menjadi quasi moderasi pada pengaruh kepemimpinan transaksional terhadap komitmen organisasi.
