Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Personil dengan Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening (Studi Pada Satuan Kodim 0310/KPR)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dan motivasi personil Satuan Kodim 0310/KPR. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah  kuantitatif. Sifat penelitian ini deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 530, yang merupakan personil pada Satuan Kodim 0310/KPR wilayah Kabupaten Pelalawan Riau. Samplenya berjumlah 226 personil. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa budaya organisasi mempengaruhi secara positif terhadap kinerja dan motivasi personil Satuan Kodim 0310/KPR.
