Peran Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja dan Komitmen Organisasi Dalam Hubungan Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kinerja Pada Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota Pekanbaru

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan kerja aparatur sipil negara pada Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kota PekanbaruJenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah kuantitatif. Sifat penelitian ini deskriptif dan verifikatif, mengupas seluruh vairabel yang diamati serta menguji kebenaran dari suatu hipotesis. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Dinas penanaman modal dan pelayanan terpadu satu pintu kota pekanbaru. Dengan variabel penelitian Kecerdasan Emosional, Kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer dan dan data sekunder. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa Kecerdasan Emosional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Dimana dari  hasil pengujian T statistik sebesar 0.827 < 1,993 dan nilai p Value 0.409 > 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya Kecerdasan Emosional didalam instansi tidak mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja yang dilakukan para pegawainya. Kecerdasan Emosional setiap pegawai yang bekerja diinstansi diiringi dengan komitmen Organisasi atau kesetiaan pegawai dalam bekerja akan berdampak baik terhadap instansi. Komitmen organisasi tidak mempengaruhi turunnya kinerja pegawai secara individu namun dipengaruhi faktor lainnya.
