Efek Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja pada Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Pelayanan terhadap Motivasi Kerja (Studi pada Biro Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa/BPJB Provinsi Riau)

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Biro Pengadaan Barang & Jasa/BPBJ Provinsi Riau dengan tujuan mengetahui efek mediasi kepuasan kerja pada pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayanan terhadap motivasi kerja.  Populasi penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti adalah semua Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di lingkungan BPBJ Provinsi Riau. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sekaligus dijadikan sampel yaitu 67 orang. Namun dikurangi dengan peneliti sehingga total sampel adalah 66 orang. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pada Biro Pengadaan Barang & Jasa/BPBJ Provinsi Riau, kepemimpinan pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, kepemimpinan pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja mampu menjadi mediasi pada hubungan pengaruh kepemimpinan pelayanan terhadap motivasi kerja.
