Determinan Kepemimpinan Transformasional Pada Hubungan Kompetensi Terhadap Motivasi Guru SLB di Riau

Abstract
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Guru SLB Riau dengan tujuan mengkaji determinasi kepemimpinan transformasional pada hubungan kompetensi terhadap motivasi. Populasi penelitian adalah semua guru SLB Negeri di Provinsi Riau yang berjumlah 289 orang, menurut tabel Crejcie & Morgan (1970) jumlah sampel adalah 169 orang, yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik systematic sampling. Analisa data penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis verifikatif, sebagai alat analisis digunakan Sctruktural Equational Model yang diproses dengan Software SmartPLS2. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa pada guru di SLB Riau, kompetensi guru mempengaruhi naik atau turunnya motivasi mereka dalam menunaikan tugas-tugasnya mendidik dan mengajar, serta pimpinan sekolah yang bergaya transformasional mampu memperkuat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap motivasi guru yang menunaikan tugasnya.
