Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh kelincahan pemimpin terhadap komitmen organisasi dan kinerja karyawan studi kausal pada PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Cabang Dumai. Dalam penelitian ini metode survey dengan teknik kausal yang dipergunakan dalam menguji pengaruh antar variabel dengan metode analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelincahan pemimpin terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening memberikan pengaruh pengaruh positif dan signifikan.
