This type of research is quantitative research, the research method used is a descriptive method. The location of this research was carried out at upt Library Proclamation Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Research object is a 19-year-old who has visited bung hatta special collection service of 36 respondents. Data collection conducted by disseminating questionnaires directly to the UPT library of Bung Hatta Bukittinggi Proclamation Library using incidental sampling techniques. The scope of this study includes the attitudes of Generation Z using three indicators of Cognitive, Affective, and conative . The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study are members of the i-Bagendit Digital Library, amounting to 198 people, with a sample of 50 respondents including Generation Z active users of the i-Bagendit Digital Library. The data collection technique uses a digital questionnaire distributed online. The results of this study prove the existence of a positive attitude given by Generation Z users of the i-Bagendit Digital Library. In the cognitive aspect, the percentage figure is 61.7%, proving that Generation Z has sufficient knowledge about the i-Bagendit Digital Library. In the affective aspect, the percentage figure is 78%, proving that Generation Z has positive feelings about the i-Bagendit Digital Library. In the conative aspect, the percentage figure is 71.4%, proving that Generation Z has positive actions about the i-Bagendit Digital Library. The use of this archive classification system aims to assist employees at the Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs, State University of Padang in using the archive classification system according to their respective work units. The research method used in writing this paper is a qualitative descriptive research method. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation and interviews. The subject of data collection through observation at the Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs, State University of Padang. Observations are made by looking at how employees understand the classification of records. Furthermore, interviews were conducted with employees at the Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs, Padang State University. The author conducted a question and answer session with employees directly regarding the use of archive classification codes, the obstacles faced in using classification codes, and solutions to these problems. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the archive classification system in the Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs at the State University of Padang is actually used to assist employees in providing proper and correct archive classification codes. The population of this research is MIP UGM student force of 2018-2019 which amounted to 36 people.</em><em>&nbsp;</em><em>Data collection techniques used questionnaires, which refers to the preservation framework of individual digital photo archives developed by the Library of Congress, includes: </em><em>identify, decide, organize, and make copies. The results showed: 1) identify the storage of photos. At this stage, it is known that all or equal 100% of the number of respondents store a collection of digital photos on a computer / laptop. 2) decide to determine the most important photo to be saved. At this stage, almost entirely or equal 90% of the total respondents have applied it well. 3) organize the activities of grouping photos. This stage has not been considered well by the respondents in preservation of digital photo archives. The Most or equal 60% of respondents have grouped photos using a folder system based on year, location, person, and activity at the time the photo taken. However, only a small part that gives the name or description on each photo file, so this will be difficult in the image retrieval process. 4) Making copies of photos.
