Abstract

The empowerment model is important because it will benefit all parties, starting from the government that is authorized to make policies or rules for empowerment, followed by farmers as glutinous rice providers, followed by lopek bugih business actors as owners of glutinous rice users, and consumers as final buyers. Beneficial for all parties will create justice, peace, and happiness for all parties, if all of these are fulfilled economically then crime will not occur, because economic factors are one of the main factors causing crime.
