Pendekatan Desain User Experience (UX) Dalam Layanan Publik Berbasis Online Disdukcapil Pekanbaru

Abstract

User Experience (UX) memiliki peran penting dalam layanan publik berbasis digital. Pengalaman pengguna yang buruk dapat menyebabkan kebingungan ditengah masyarakat dan dapat menghambat jalannya proses administrasi dalam pelayanan publik. Kota Pekanbaru memiliki layanan publik berbasis online yang dapat mempermudah masyarakat. Namun, layanan publik berbentuk aplikasi tersebut tidak mudah digunakan sehingga masih dibutuhkan kajian administrasi publik dari sudut pandang user experience (UX). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Hasilnya, aplikasi milik Disdukcapil Kota Pekanbaru membutuhkan kajian mendalam dan membutuhkan redesain agar tujuan masyarakat tercapai.
