Abstract

Puskesmas adalah salah satu dari instansi pemerintah di antaranya bergerak di bidang pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat. Di puskesmas Betung kota ada kendala  belum terkomputerisasi data persediaan obat, mencatat obat masuk dan obat keluar sehingga mengakibatkan sulitnya dalam perhitungan stok obat dan sulitnya untuk  mengumpulkan data obat kadaluarsa. Sistem informasi yang akan dibuat meliputi  dari pendataan data pasien, nama obat, stok obat, permintaan obat, barang masuk dan barang keluar. Dengan adanya sistem informasi di mengharapkan dapat meningkatkan kinerja apoteker dan staf Gudang dalam mengelola data obat dalam data obat-obatan dan akan mengurangi kesalahan perhitungan berbagai obat. Gunakan alat seperti Usecase Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Class Diagram, untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi persediaan obat ini menggunakan metode Economy Order Quantity (EOQ). Economy Order Quantity Metode dikatakan membantu Anda mengatasi masalah umum dengan menerapkan agar lebih lancar, lebih efektif dan lebih efisien.
