Jcommits (The Journal of Community Empowerment, Innovation, and Sustainability): is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the dissemination of innovative research and practices in the field of community service and empowerment. JCOMMITs aims to foster a collaborative environment where multidisciplinary approaches to solving community challenges are explored and promoted. Topics covered include but are not limited to education, health, economic development, environmental sustainability, and social justice. The journal published biannually (June and December). JCOMMITs provides a platform for scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to share insights, strategies, and outcomes related to community engagement, development projects, and social empowerment initiatives. Articles that highlight the impact of community service programs, best practices in community development, and case studies of successful empowerment projects are encouraged and welcomed to be submitted. Through its publications, JCOMMITs seeks to contribute to the body of knowledge that supports effective community service and empowerment, ultimately driving positive change and sustainable development in communities around the world.
