Penerapan Robotic Automation (RPA) untuk Otomatisasi Pengiriman Reminder Approval pada Proses Bisnis Perkantoran

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong organisasi untuk mengoptimalkan proses bisnis yang bersifat rutin dan berulang. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering muncul adalah keterlambatan dalam proses persetujuan akibat ketiadaan sistem pengingat yang terstruktur. Penelitian ini berfokus pada penerapan Robotic Process Automation (RPA) berbasis Power Automate Cloud untuk mengotomatisasi pengiriman notifikasi persetujuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan merancang alur otomatisasi yang mencakup identifikasi dokumen persetujuan, penjadwalan pengingat, hingga pengiriman notifikasi email secara otomatis. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa RPA efektif dalam mengurangi keterlambatan persetujuan, meningkatkan keteraturan pengiriman pengingat, serta menekan potensi kesalahan manual. Dengan demikian, penerapan RPA pada proses ini dapat mendukung peningkatan efisiensi dan efektivitas manajemen persetujuan di lingkungan organisasi.
