The Ormawa Membangun Negeri (POMN) Program in Kampung Nelayan, Galang District, Batam City, Riau Islands. driven by the issues of clean water and the low environmental awareness of the community. To support the sustainability of the activities, documentation media that can convey the process and results of the program visually and informatively is needed. One of the media used is documentation videos. The video production process is carried out through three main stages: pre-production, production, and post-production. The documentation includes activities related to the construction of water filter installations and environmental cleanliness campaigns. The video is structured with a coherent and informative narrative flow. After the video is completed, it is disseminated through social media, specifically YouTube, as an effort for publication and information. The result of creating the documentation video for the student organization program "Ormawa Membangun Negeri" in the fishermen's village is the actual documentation of the service program and the increased understanding and awareness of students towards the service program.
