Waivers and Discounts
Both options are available to authors once their articles are accepted and are entering the production stage. Authors may apply for waivers and discounts for a maximum of two times.
To ensure that editorial decisions are not influenced by authors' capability to pay publishing fees, it is Digital Zone Journal's policy that editors of open access journals are not involved in correspondence with authors regarding payment of Article Publication Charges (APCs).
In addition to the Research4Life countries listed below, some journals may offer additional waiver initiatives for APCs. These additional APC waivers will be managed by the editors and may be discussed with them.
Automatic Waivers
Corresponding authors based in the following countries are eligible to receive an automatic waiver for APCs when publishing in Digital Zone journal. The automatic waiver system will be managed by administrative staff not involved in decisions regarding article acceptance. We ask authors not to discuss any issues concerning payment with editors.
Automatic waivers will only be applied if the corresponding author requests a waiver at the payment stage.

Corresponding authors based in the following countries are eligible to apply for 30-50% discount on APCs when publishing in a Digital Zone journal.
Discounts can only be applied if the corresponding author selects to pay directly or arrange for payment at the payment stage.

Fast Track Journals For Faster Review
Fast Track for Faster Review is a special service for selected manuscripts in order to quickly get a response from reviewers due to various needs of the author. Authors quickly receive responses from reviewers within 1 to 7 days of submission and this does not mean that this service guarantees receipt of the manuscript. With this quick response, it will help writers complete their manuscripts to be published in this journal.
This service affects the publication costs that must be paid by the author, which is 1.000.000 (IDR)
Digital Zone provides this service is optional (optional) to help writers who need for publication without sacrificing quality. This fast track is considered the best way to get selected articles out there to the public.
To get this service, the Author must have submitted the manuscript at the Digital Zone Journal, and then made an application via email [email protected]. This application will be reviewed by the editorial team, whether it is accepted for Fast Track or not.
The charge has to be paid with submission of the article. If the article is not accepted, the paid amount shall be refunded 50%. This is conveyed, hopefully this is useful. Thank you
