Deaf children face hearing difficulties that affect their ability to communicate and interact with others. This study aims to describe the communication situation of deaf children and to design early interventions focusing on Visual and Social Stimulation (VSS) at SLB Negeri 1 Makassar. The methods used include observation and interviews. The research findings indicate that deaf children rely heavily on visual stimuli, so intervention plans that utilize visual media and sign language are considered appropriate to support children's communication and social interaction.
