Children with hearing impairment are those who experience hearing loss and thus face obstacles in receiving auditory information, which impacts language development, communication, and socio-emotional aspects. Hearing impairment that occurs from an early age, such as Conductive Hearing Loss (CHL), requires appropriate treatment and intervention to optimize the child's developmental potential. This study aims to describe the implementation of a family-based early intervention program through Auditory Training for deaf children with CHL. The methods used include observation and interviews with teachers to obtain an overview of the child's needs, learning environment conditions, and family support. The intervention program is designed based on a hierarchy of auditory skills that include sound detection, discrimination, identification, and understanding, and is integrated into the family's daily activities. The results of the discussion indicate that Auditory Training, which is carried out in a structured, consistent manner and involves the active role of the family, can help optimize the child's residual hearing, improve the ability to understand sounds, and support the development of language and functional communication.
