Pengabdian ini dilakukan terhadap anggota Karang Werda La Rose, Kabupaten Malang, yang mengalami konflik akibat kesenjangan komunikasi antargenerasi dengan sesama anggota maupun keluarga. Konflik ini berisiko menurunkan kesejahteraan psikologis dan fisik lansia. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan tentang keterampilan komunikasi sebagai solusi atas kesenjangan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah intervensi psikoedukasi dan bermain peran. Instrumen Communication Style Inventory digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi gaya komunikasi peserta. Evaluasi efektivitas program dilakukan melalui survei sederhana untuk mengetahui pengalaman peserta dalam menerapkan keterampilan komunikasi setelah pelatihan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta termasuk dalam kategori Promoter/Socializer (41,7%), diikuti oleh Controller/Director (20,8%), Analyzer/Thinker (16,7%), dan Supporter/Relater (10,4%). Survei evaluatif menunjukkan bahwa peserta merasakan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap komunikasi efektif dan mengalami perubahan positif dalam interaksi sosial. Program ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan pelatihan berbasis gaya komunikasi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi lansia serta memperkuat hubungan sosial dalam komunitas mereka.
