All submitted articles will be reviewed by the Double Blind review system, where the reviewer does not know who the author is, and the author does not know who the reviewer is, so the manuscript will be sent to 2 reviewers. Reviewer's comments are sent anonymously to the author to take action and respond as needed. The decision of the manuscript that has been revised will be evaluated by the appropriate editor, based on the recommendation of the reviewer, which is rejected, requires major revision, requires minor revision, or is accepted.
