Abstract

           Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakkan evaluasi terhadap user interfae dan user experience pada website BPKAD Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Permasalahn yang terjadi ialah desain antar muka yang lebih memfokuskan pada keindahan dari sebuah tampilan dalam hal ini masih ada kekurangan dalam bagian user interface sepert sering ditemukan halaman halaman yang kosong ataupun tidak sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Sedangkan user experience merupakan pengalaman pengguna dalam menggunakan aplikasi. Sedangkann guna mendukung untuk proses evaluasiini peneliti menggunakan metode heuristik evaluation. Metode ini merupakan metode evaluasi kegunaan yang bisa  digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa baik suatu sistem digunakan oleh pengguna untuk bisa mencapai tujuan baik itu efektifitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan.. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebuah rekomendasi terhadap pengembangan website untuk kedepannya, dari hasil evaluasi didapatkn 7 saran untuk perubahan atau perbaikan berdasarkan hasil evaluasi penelitian.
